Thanks to our many years of experience and our modern welding workstations, we can weld and manipulate components up to a single piece weight of 80t. We are happy to be available to our customers as an extended workbench and can thus contribute our comprehensive manufacturing know-how to projects at a very early stage. From small or large individual parts to complete welded assemblies, our large team of qualified welding technicians can assure you of consistently high quality for your products. Depending on the material and application, we use different welding processes:
- MIG (Metal Inert Gas): for joining non-ferrous metals.
- MAG (metal active gas): for joining steels
- TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas): for joining aluminum or stainless steels.
- Submerged arc welding (SAW): economical process for joining steels.
- Electrode welding: diverse field of application, e.g. construction site or repair
- Stud welding: economical method for joining shear studs on steel structures
