Mechanic in shipbuilding (m/f/d)

In order for ships and boats to perform to their full potential, the engines and machinery must be constantly checked, regularly maintained and repaired. These tasks require a mechanic with a great deal of knowledge and interest in the areas of ship operation, electrical and control technology.

Your tasks

  • Processing of repair orders
  • Maintenance and operation of technical equipment and machinery
  • Maintenance of hydraulic control and regulation equipment
  • Assembly of systems and machines
  • Data determination and troubleshooting

Your profile

Professional requirements

Several years of professional experience as a mechanic

Personal requirements

  • Analytical and spatial thinking skills
  • Willingness to work assembly and overtime
  • Manual skills - precise work
  • Quick reactions, a head for heights is an advantage
  • Dealing with software tools
  • good German language skills
  • Driving license B

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the metalworking industry. The gross monthly salary for this full-time position is at least EUR 3,000. However, the actual salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
