Sales Engineer (m/f/d)

As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for the pricing of our projects in machine & plant construction at our location in Linz. You will also be the interface between the customer and internal production. Due to our broad product portfolio, we can offer you a varied job.

Your tasks

  • Examination of technical inquiries in mechanical & plant engineering and assessment of feasibility
  • Creation and presentation of concepts, calculations and offers
  • Detailed negotiations with the customer
  • Active support for existing customers and acquisition of new customers
  • Commercial project management of customer orders
  • Trade fair and event support
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% (on a daily basis)

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical training (HTL/FH/Uni) in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or similar.
  • Professional experience an advantage, but not a must
  • Technical affinity and commercial thinking
  • Customer orientation and proactive working style
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Driving license group B

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the metalworking industry. The gross monthly salary for this full-time position is at least EUR 3,000. However, the actual salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
