Commissioning technician (M / F / D)

As a commissioning technician, you will be responsible for maintenance and conversion work on railroad construction machines at our site in Linz.

Your tasks

  • Independent execution of maintenance and conversion work on rail-bound vehicles (railroad construction machines)
  • Commissioning of measuring systems, traction drives, automatic processes
  • Analyzing and rectifying faults
  • Measuring and testing activities, logging
  • Initiate improvement measures
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% (on a daily basis)

Your profile

  • Completed technical training (apprenticeship/HTL/technical college/mechatronics/electrical engineering)
  • Knowledge of electrical, regulation, drive and control technology
  • CAN bus, Profibus systems an advantage
  • LAN and WLAN network architectures etc.
  • Professional experience an advantage, but not a must
  • Very good German and MS Office user skills, good English skills
  • Independence, initiative, flexibility, high quality awareness,
  • High technical understanding, accuracy
  • Team spirit and reliability, manual dexterity and a high willingness to learn
  • Driving license for vehicle category "B"

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the metalworking industry. The gross monthly salary for this full-time position is at least EUR 3,000. However, the actual salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
