Linz harbor gate

The Linz harbor gate was built in 2025 by the companies Porr and Andritz Hydro to protect the port of Linz from flooding. We are very proud to have been involved in this project. In addition to manufacturing the gate rails, we also supplied them and welded them on site. Different types of stainless steel were used to ensure durability. The highlight of this project was the welding of the door halves in the excavation pit. Several of our certified welders worked on this project for almost 4 weeks.
