Steel construction technician for lightweight construction (m/f/d)

As a steel construction technician you will be responsible for the production of cabins made of steel and aluminum at our location in Linz. Due to our broad product portfolio we can offer you a varied job.

Your tasks

  • Professional manufacturing and precise assembly of steel and aluminum components in accordance with technical drawings.
  • Welding of manufactured components in accordance with drawing specifications
  • Assembly and installation of cabins and roofs from steel and aluminum sheets
  • Aligning, grinding, and finishing the components

Your profile

  • Training in the metal sector/ sheet metal technology
  • Very good welding skills in MIG/MAG/TIG (including testing in the thin sheet metal range (3 mm))
  • Material knowledge
  • Reading technical drawings
  • Crane license for overhead and overhead cranes or overhead, trestle and gantry cranes.

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the metalworking industry. The gross monthly salary for this full-time position is at least EUR 3,250. However, the actual salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
