Steel construction technician / mechanical engineering technician (m/f/d)

As a steel and mechanical engineering technician you will be responsible for the production and assembly of ship components at our location in Linz. Due to our broad product portfolio we can offer you a varied job.

Your tasks

  • Execution of general steel and mechanical engineering works
  • Manufacture and assembly of steel or aluminum ship components
  • Straightening and finishing of components
  • Repair, maintenance and technical installation on ships and boats
  • Assembly / disassembly of drive systems
  • Steel beam processing, railing and container production

Your profile

  • Completed training in the field of steel construction technology or mechanical engineering technology
  • Material knowledge
  • Crane license for overhead and overhead cranes
  • reading technical drawings and descriptions

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the metalworking industry. The minimum monthly gross salary for this full-time position is EUR 2,700. However, the actual salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
