A construction hall for vessels measuring length of 140 m in length and a width of 35 m in width(vessels with a width up to 15.5 m can be taken from the slipway into the hall), ensures work can be done on the vessels regardless of the weatherheater. In ÖSWAG's drawing office plans are drawn for the construction building of passenger boats, river crafts such as cargo boats, push boats, patrol boats, motorboats to transport goods, Baggerpontons, flat boats pump stations are planned.
